If you separately opt in, you may also receive messages about community events, program news, and new service offerings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or services.

2. Opt-Out & Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to our phone number, and we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
